Villa Alicia is located in the Old Village of Alonissos opposite the old Municipal Well built in 1887 and the tiny 18th century church dedicated to the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary (Evangelismos tis Theotokou).  The house is located in a residential area beneath the Upper Old Village which can be reached via steps to the side of the property or a paved thoroughfare in front.
