| There are two tavernas at Leftos Yialos beach and both were open during the summer of 2007. Our observations may be useful if you have limited time on Alonissos to eat. As always, the best option is to try eating at all the tavernas and forming your own opinions. |
| Eleonas | English spoken. Closed out of season. Taverna on right at end of main road. Wide menu with traditional dishes including range of real Alonissos pies. Try everything on the menu. |
| Dolopes | English spoken. Closed out of season. Taverna on left at end of main road. Great sea view from tables at the front. Varied menu with traditional dishes. Try anything on the menu. |
