| Daliana was built in Japan in 1970 and named the Ferry Pearl and operated in Japanese waters for 18 years with the K.K. Diamond Ferry company, the sister ship of the Milena, until sold to GA ferries in 1988 and refitted and renamed in 1989 and is currently, as of 2007, sailing from Thessaloniki to Crete via the Sporades (including Alonissos) and the Cyclades island chains. |
